Our mission is to empower people to protect themselves against cyber threats that target the people in organisations – embedding measurable security behaviours through real-time interventions.
We do this with our award-winning product Redflags®, an innovative solution that harnesses the power of behavioural “nudges” that combine content, psychology, and timing to create the most impactful secure behaviour change on the market.

For all roles, we are looking for individuals who will thrive in an early-stage startup. Creative problem solvers, happy to pivot and change direction to achieve their goals and engaged with our mission, building a business to empower users to protect themselves.
Roles will offer the chance to grow with the company in the form of development opportunities (knowledge and experience) working alongside experienced staff. As well as building a grounding in the high-growth cyber market. They will also offer vesting equity and pension. We run a virtual office but meet regularly in and around London.
